This month’s boxycharm was much better than last month’s. There were quite a few items in it that I have been using every single day since I have received them. This is one of my favorite subscriptions and this month’s box certainly didn’t disappoint!

JONTEBLU: Waterproof Eyeliner Pencil
RETAIL VALUE: $5
I’m not typically a fan of pencil eye liners because I am bad at keeping them sharpened and always end up poking myself in the eye, but this one went on smoothly. It was nice to have a brown since I rarely use anything other than black. It was a nice darker brown that you can still see when you apply it.

ALAMAR REINA DEL CARIBE: Eye Shadow Palette

This is such a fun palette! The colors are vibrant and it has enough variety that it is good for a nice summer look. It also has some good darker colors that work well for on-air. The light shadows are as pigmented as I would have liked, but the dark colors are gorgeous.

OFRA: Long Lasting Liquid Lipstick

I didn’t think I was going to like this color. Nude colors rarely look good on me and make me look ill, but this one surprised me! It was a great neutral color that didn’t feel sticky. Ofra has impressed me with their lip products lately. Most liquid lipsticks smudge easy and feel so tacky, but this didn’t. I loved it!

I am so sick of brushes. I haven’t even taken these out of the bag yet. I will probably end up gifting them or giving them away to someone since it seems that I get brushes in every box. The grade may be biased though since it’s just based on the fact that I really don’t need anymore!

As a girl with small eyelashes I was so excited to receive a pair! Unfortunately they didn’t come with any adhesive, so I have been unable to use them. I subscribe to BoxyCharm so I don’t have to go out and buy most products so I didn’t like how this was going to have to make me buy something. They feel like they are great quality though and I probably would have loved them if I had a way of attaching them.

SOL DE JANERIO: Brazilian Bum Bum Cream

Oh. My. God. This is amazing. It’s so creamy and smooth. It leaves your hands feeling amazing and the scent is to die for. It reminds me of being on a beach or some tropical island. I will definitely end up getting this if it ever shows up in the charms shop! Anytime I put it on, I got a lot of compliments on how great it smelled.

FINAL THOUGHTS
This was a great box! Even though the eyelashes didn’t work out and I am so over receiving brushes, the bum bum cream and palette more than made up for it. The eye liner was also a big hit. BoxyCharm continues to impress me with every box!
